EH Deluxe electric Mistress - just noise

Need some help

A luthier friend ask me if i can fix a old EH Deluxe electric Mistress, model eh5150C

I direct out i have signal but with some noise, when i use the effect exit and engaged the units i just have noise...I can hear on the background the LFO working but...

any tips? start point?
