Bipolar power supply help (Solved thanks)

Someone gave me an ancient compressor circuit to build for them and it requires a bipolar power source. the schem uses two 9v batteries for the -/+ power needed. The circuit board has 9v+, 9v-, and ground inputs on it

Can the roadrage be used to power this using a dc jack instead of the 2 batteries? What are my options if wanting adapter power vs the two batteries?
