Cave dweller II (dud edition)

Hi,

I'm building the cave II and am new to making boards. I am following the directions close (so I think) and am having a great learning experience! I have run into a problem... The IC1 is on the parts list but not the IC2... My over sight cause there is two huge IC's on the layout. I totally should have seen that but I did not. No biggie. Also, I am ordering parts from Tayda Electronics which sell the LM78L05 but another over sight and I received one that has 6 prongs instead of 3. They sell one labeled LM7805. Is that the same thing? Any advice is welcome.

for the dub edition, both IC's are pt2399, so there are 2 of them per pcb
