Stage Fright is terrified (solved)

Project: Stage Fright
Issue:  Signal going through unaffected.  Speed LED works great.
5/6 switch to the right.  
Speed and Balls about halfway.

The only sub is for R48.  I used 2.7k instead of 3k.

Voltages:
At power source: 9.16v

Three random spots:
Switch lug next to "5/6": 2.233v
R27: 4.42v and 5.58v
C3:4.57v

Yeah, I neglected that step as well... but still having problems. I'll do some debugging and post a thread if I can't figure it out. Thanks!
