Sunking dual gain pot alter

 If one were to split up the dual gang gain pot on the Sunking, and install 2 individual  pots instead, would this add some interesting/usable variations to the pedal? Thanks

From what I have read from others who have tried this, no. But, there's certainly no harm in trying it out before committing it an enclosure.
