Waterslide decal problems

Finished the decal and polycrylic clear coat!  Thanks again for the help!

The blueish haze must be from the flash..

I never clearcoat before I put it the decals on, always after.

Are you saying you never put a clear coat on the decal as the instructions suggest?

You need to clearcoat the decal before applying only if you are using an inkject printer or the ink will run.  It's not necessary with a laser printer.
