Wolfshirt - omitting octave up

I want to build a wolfshirt but only the sound without the octave up switch.

What parts can I omit from the PCB?

I'm guessing C4, R8 and D1 can be left off and D2 can be jumpered.

Maybe also omit R10, R11 and merge C5 and C6?

Anyone with a better understanding of what's going on in the circuit care to weigh in?

Thanks

Yes to the first part. For the second part, you probably need to leave off R11 and just jumper C6.

I did some A/B testing by removing the parts.

Although it sounds very similar without R10, R11, D2 and C6 it doesn't sound exactly the same. That biased diode in D2 adds a certain something to the sound.

Now I'm fiddling with the tone stack. I can see that R17 and C11 give a low pass filter with a corner frequency of 144.8 Hz - but how do I work out what frequency the high pass filter at C10 works at?
