The JRC4558D's are listed as NJM4558D as the part number. For the TI parts, I get them from Avnet

They have significantly better prices on TI parts than anywhere else I've found.

Which Burr-Browns did you do? I like using the 2134's in pretty much anything that needs the FET front end.
