Weird Neutrino Problem!!

I just can't work it out!

So this is a neutrino 2.5, what is happening is that it works (and sounds killer!) but only on certain parts of the volume pot on my strat, the sounds dissapears at the top and the bottom, and somewhere in between. Also, it  makes a noise when you turn Guitars volume pot, similiar to the 'woody noise' of the fatpants v2 fat pot..

Any one got any ideas?

Sounds like DC is making it onto the guitar pot. I'd try replacing the input cap, and triple check there are no shorts around the power rails..
