PROBLEM WITH LOW RIDER. 2 OCT DOWN HAS A DELAY.

I built my Low Rider without difficulties. I used the octave UP mod. Except this, I kept everything as stock. I used sockets for ICs, transistors and C10/C12. The trim pot  is mult-turn (but has no effect in the adjustment). The result was very good, except for one problem, I can't understand the reason: when I use 2 OCT DOWN the octave comes out with a little delay. Only happens in this case. The other functions are perfect. Can anyone suggest me some way to try to fix? Sorry if there are any errors in the text, I speak Portuguese and my English is only reasonable.
