Thanks guys,
I've been living with it for a few days and still not sure what to mod and what to improve really. Not that it sounds like the demo i've seen on the web of the original pedal.
However, i'm ready to record a demo if i can find my webcam and compare it to my phaser 90, badstone (scruffie inside) & small stone (from the 70's).

Did anyone know this pedal hates sunlight? Kinda like a vampire..
It took me an hour to figure out that the ldr's get confused when in full sunlight resulting in almost no effect
