the 2 leds used for clipping...do they stay on or flash? do they turn on and off with the bypass?
i wanted to try to incorperate them into the case if i could
make a pic and leds will be eyes (balls...etc)

They will light up when you have them selected with the switch and only when the effect is engaged---not in bypass. So, you can wire them off-board and mount them to the enclosure just like you are wanting.

...and only with signal applied. When you play, they should light. When you stop, they should go out.
