Thanks again guys, you are all so awesome.  This is #3 for us, after two very spirited boys it is a nice change to get a girl.  I think she will be good for them too.  Both the boys are making me so proud with how well they are adjusting, especially Hank our oldest who is 3 1/2 and has been super gentle with her and wants to know all the things you have to do to take care of a baby.  Harry, who is 2 in Feb., is doing really well dialing back the intensity today after being a little too enthusiastic with the kisses/climbing to see her/love pats since she came home Wednesday afternoon.
