Hear hear!  Key thing: there's no such thing as a dumb question around here.  There are a lot of challenges in the DIY stompbox world, and the best way to learn is to be honest about what you don't know and search the threads on this board.  You'll learn a lot just by hanging around and reading what other guys are working on.
