Egodriver LEDS does't work

I just finished egodriver and everything is right,

My ic voltages are correct but my LEDs I believe they don't work properly,

My sound is very good but I want to find the issue.

When I first built it I didn't solder sockets for the LEDS, I just solder them on the PCB, both LEDs were lighting.

Now I put sockets for the clipping stage and only D4 lights.

I measure them using DMM and D4's positive and negative are 4.3v but  D3 positive is 4.3v and negative is 2.2v.

Shouldn't both LEDs have the same value?

Any thoughts?

You have probably already done this, but check the socket for cold solder joints on the LED that is not lighting up. Also, if you reused the LED's (from when you originally soldered them in) there could "possibly" be some flux residue or something on the legs of the LED. Have you tried a different LED?

I am using sockets for the LED's,

so probably there isn't any flux.

The LED's voltages are correct?

I like the sound but I dont know if it is like the stock unit.
