This certainly seems like a natural combination, and it looks great. Which order did you put the effects in again? I think the blend is a really cool idea for this!

Comp is first, boost is second.  Boost before comp would probably send you into squishyland.

Nice! Interesting combo, config and Oatmeal graphic! (The Oatmeal started a Kickstarter to buy/save the orig Nikola Tesla compund and turn it into a museum and we raised WAY over the goal of $800K or so- woot!)
