Thunderpuss Ver. 1

I have had a Thunderpuss on my pedalboard for a year. The pedal died Saturday night at a gig. The pedal bypasses, but is dead when engaged. Might anyone have the wiring diagram for this version (1st version)?
I looked in the discontinued boards, but could not find it.
