powder coated enclosure grounding question

G'day Madbeaners, i have a noob question in relation to the grounding of circuit to enclosure. I got a local powdercoater to coat some enclosures for me, did a great job but did every bit of the box inside and out. Just wondering what problems this may create, and where, apart from where the jacks touch, do i need to remove the powdercoating to bare metal. Thanks for your advice, Matt.

I've heard of a few amp builds where they stripped it back to bare metal with a wire wheel on the inside surface for grounding points, if that helps.

If it's not a noisy circuit as long as you ground BOTH the input and output jacks you will not have any problems.  In order to use the enclosure as a shielding method you will have to strip some powder coating to ground it at the jack contact point.  A dremel tool works well for this.
