Pulsating electrical noise

2.Pulsating electrical noise, the pulse is beating at 190bpm, I am using a fresh battery. I tested the circuit on my beavis board without realising I missed an electro cap, but I quickly soldered it on and i still get the noise.

3. I suspected it is a solder bridge somewhere, I had problems with the gain pot on the circuit and fixed it by cutting a solder bridges. Also this is only happening on high gain.

4. No substitutions

I'm wondering if you have an electrolytic cap backwards (or a solder bridge, like you suspect).  Is the rest of the pedal working normally?

If you can upload some good photos of both sides of the board we can probably help you.  If you can post a backlit photo of the trace side of the board, that really helps with identifying solder bridges.  Good luck!
