I ve got some questions about uproar riot,

What's the value of CP?

I am a bit confused about the types of caps for:

C1,C4,C5,C8,C9,C10,CP.

It depends on what mods youre going to do ie. the presence mod or the face melter mod, in the last few pages of the build docs, it tells you.

For nF values I use polybox caps, anything uF then electrolytic unless the build doc says otherwise eg, in a tubescreamer circuit.
Ceramics for pF values.

If I use 25v electrolytic radial caps instead of 16v

will I find myself facing any problems??

25v is fine and won't result in any problems unless they are physically too big for some reason, which might make for a tight squeeze in some areas.  but a lot of 25v electros are 5mmx11mm which is pretty standard.

Last question,

If use 100V polyester film box caps probably I won't have any problem.

Am I right?

Only for the nf value caps.

that's fine too, I do that often myself.  the only problems you'll have with that sort of thing will be if the cap is physically too large to comfortably fit, or if the voltage is too small for 9v or whatever the pedal runs at.  so, pretty much for nF film values- which are typically at least 50v- if you can fit it in there, you can use it.

Hi. i have some problem with this pedal. my pedal have big bass. After C7 i have good boost signal, with some distortion. But after tone control, pedal boost bass frequency. or cut hi frequency  How i can solve this problem?
