Only had 15 mins to check it all works, but already I can sense this is an amazing pedal. More than a pedal. Creative tool. Its achingly cool in what it can do...and thats in 15 mins

I can take some gut shots sometime.
Its basially big blue PCBs, with cheap X wing style SPST momentary switches

From what you have used of it so far would you say it justifies its (rather large) price tag?

In the context of the price of the POG / POG 2, I would say abosultely.
I paid £190 for the POG, and £300 for the HOG.
The HOG is easily twice or three times as useful as the POG
