How to power two effects in one enclosure?

Hello all , new to forum. I apologize if it's been covered in previous thread.
I'm building a TS808 clone and a EH LPB1 clone and want to put both circuits in one enclosure.
Will one DC plug/one 9V battery snap be sufficient to run both circuits?

Yup. Just run two wires from the DC Jack to the power in pads on the PCBs. That would be running them in parallel. Don't run them in series, which is one wire to one PCB, then a wire from that PCB to the other PCB.

Should I also run a ground wire from each PCB to the ground lug on the DC plug?

Just as long as all grounds are connected you will be fine. You don't need to run to both but obviously both pcbs need to be grounded. I would run it from the dc jack to one of the jack sleeves because it is easier to solder multiple connections to those.

I recently did a 2 in 1, so I'll add in my two cents.

What really helped for me was using a small piece of veroboard to make several connection for the DC jack and the input ground so the on/off works right. It is a lot easier than trying to solder multiple wires to some of those jacks with really tiny holes.

Further to greyscales point, I've also done a lot of two in ones recently, and I've used a small piece of vero for the power, the grounds, and the resistors for the LEDS.  Cleans up a lot of unnecessary wires and gets the resistors off of the footswitches, making for a cleaner build in theory.
