Bumblebee - low volume?

Hello I made a bumblebee and is excellent has very good sound .. but has little volume, I wanted to know if it is normal to have low volume this effect, or there is a problem, probe with various germanium transistors, even with the kit .. smallbear
someone did this pedal?
