Mangler NPN Wiring

So I got some NPN "continental" trannies coming from smallbear for my mangler build. I wanted -9v power without using a roadrage.

I want to wire it up with 9v, battery option, and an LED and know I need to flip the diodes and electrolytic caps, so...

Do I also wire the LED opposite (negative side to the DC jack with an in line 4.7k resistor and positive side to ground on the 3pdpt switch)?

Thanks for any help or additional advice with this!

With NPN transistors, you do need to change the orientation of the electrolytics and protection diode, and the wiring should be standard negative ground. You can use the general wiring diagram as a guide for that. The LED gets a resistor between +9v and the anode and then the cathode (flat side) goes to the switch.

Cool. So everything, including the LED, is wired as normal after you flip the diode and electrolytic caps.

Thanks
