Boneyard Whistle

hello how are you?
I'm with little problem in Boneyard.
I used shielded cables and yet when volume greater than 6 is a "whistle" on the pedal
What could it be?

Which version of the parts values did you use, the "stock" or the "modified" values? Also, which DC-DC converter (IC2) did you use?

I used stock, MAX1044 IC, the problem happens only when volume above 6, is not feedback, but whistle.
