Hi all,
As i mentioned in my Succubus Boost (slambox) build report, i have recently taken on the mammoth task of documenting the complete process of building a guitar pedal in a series of videos for beginners / newcomers to the diy stombox world.  There is alot of information, and it starts at the beginning (etch board) and finishes at offboard wiring.  I'm going to make one more video, some general fault diagnosing tips, as well, to finish off the series.  I could have only dreamed to have this information when i first signed up on diystompboxes.  It's impossible to cover EVERYTHING but I'd hoped to cover a big majority of how to get started and what you need to know.  This info might not be of much use to veterans, but still, if your interested to see my take on the process, check it out!
Your comments / critisim most welcome and thanks for checking it out :)

Really nice work you got there! I will be trying this one soon but I am not sure what sort of effects I could have going with it.  I have recently learned of the overdrive from a friend who was actually studying on how to improve them and got an idea with how to make one of those.

This looks very interesting and probably something that I could start on my own as well!

Thanks Etheridge.  These videos are intended to explain the construction of a guitar pedal.  You could build most effect types from it, although if its your first, i would recommend something simple. You should have a good start / overview into this hobby / obsession, once you watch the tutorials, or use them as a reference as you progress through your build.
Good luck mate!
