Is it just me or the forum missing the links at the top of the page?

Since yesterday the links at the top of the page are missing, for me anyway. Specifically the "new post" link.

Everything looks normal to me.

Don't clear your cache/delete cookies if you haven't saved your mouser cart!  Don't ask me how I know that.

There's a little arrow button that opens and closes the banner with those links. Look at the upper right corner.

Thanks for all the help guys. I feel like a total retard now, Jacobs solution worked. You would think with all the time i have spend on this site specifically (and forum sites in general) I would be smart enough to use a pull down arrow  I've have never had to use the arrow before its just always been in the correct position. Thanks again guys for the assistance.
