Low Rider Wiring?

There isn't a wiring diagram on the Low Rider pdf...was going to use another project wiring guide, but this board has a circle pad next to the 9v pad and I'm not sure if that goes to the tip of the dc jack?
...I'm still pretty new to this and don't wanna mess it up

The circle pad is just an extra ground pad. You can wire it to the ground on the power jack or not use it.
