Tube Driver v2 don't work anymore after trying to bias

Hi !

I just mounted a Tube-driver V2 (BB version), all seemed fine until i tried to bias the tube.

At a certain point i had no sound at all, and now i have no sound at all except a quiet noise, independantly of the bias position...

Edit: sound is back when plugging it again, but sound disappear in 20s...

Could you help ?

Hum ok, my dc source seemed to be the problem.
