A couple of PCBers have set up Australian distributors.  PCBmania have someone on Bairnsdale (lol, dunno why you'd pick that podunk town, but anyway), and Guitarpcb are using Pedalpartsaustralia as resellers.

I really think you should consider Musikding in Germany, they are highly recommended and reliable. Maybe another option is Retroamplis in Spain...

Or UK Electronic ("UK" ist just the name, they are in Germany, fair and reliable); or Banzai if need be.
