another Rough Cut question

Been rolling VTL's and the build doc has a pic of an assembled unit. To me it looks like the VTL is upside down with the + and Cathode on the wrong side. I'm having a crisis and i need clarification on the orientation of the Vactrol. Now my pcb is black (maybe a different circuit?)

update: after some continuity testing on the board it looks like the build image is correct!

Nice. Yeah, Brian is funny like that. The annode is the (+) and the  cathode is the (-).
