Tourbus Troubleshooting

I am having trouble getting the Tourbus to work (again).  I got it working a while ago and put it aside for a while since I didn't have an enclosure to put it in.  Cut to today when I went to box it up and it doesn't work anymore.  When I plug it into the power source, the two LEDS light up.  When I plug in the output jack, the LEDs turn off and will not turn back on.  Signal passes through but there is no delay.  The volume knob also works but in reverse.  If I hit the stomp switch, bypass works just fine.  This is if the PCB is in or out of the enclosure.  I went over every single connection with a soldering iron to be sure there was nothing loose.  I am stumped.  Anyone have any ideas?

You reflowed all your solder joints, is that what you're saying?

Please post a pic, I bet we can help find it for you.

Also, the volume pot works in reverse regardless of what position the 3PDT is in. 

Anyone?  Any ideas?
