King of Klones and Slambox etched boards, BOM and Layout

Hi all -

I purchased the King of Klones and Slambox etched boards from Brian back in 2009.   These were the very first versions he did for sale.   I don't have the BOM or layout, and was wondering if anyone could help me out.   The pdf versions on the madbeanpedals site don't go as far back as these versions.

I did, and he suggested I go to the archive section of the website, but the zip files aren't there.   

I figured I'd ask here too, since he is super busy  and these are nearly 3 year old versions of the boards.

When you asked him, did you tell him you were looking for versions that old?
