It's a weird value that I haven't seen on the previous itinerations. What's that all about and can I get by with a close sub 1.3 1.5?

I teepeed a 1k2 and 200R in series.

Yeah, I can always do that, just looking for a cleaner looking and cheap solution if possible. Usually weird values are precise on purpose. I was also just curious where it came from.

Ir creates a voltage divider with the Bias pot, so the resulting voltage for the Vgg connection is about 1v (which is correct for 15v operation).
