The name plate is just aluminum stock that I etched and cut in an oval.  I was going to do a half plate but I went for a cleaner look.

The 3pdt board is something I rigged up in Eagle as an alternative to the little pain in the neck boards I bought from SB.  It allows me to finish the wiring in half the time.  Plus, I can mock up a few enclosures and wire up whatever the pedal of the week might be    With this and board mounted pots it's almost to easy.
