To Eagle or not to Eagle

Hi gang

What's the go-to PCB designer these days? I've very limited experience with Eagle but have a funny feeling things may have moved on since the last time I used it.

I've been having pretty good luck using KiCad.....

I like Sprint.  To me, it's the easiest to use.  You can also produce Gerber files for manufacturing.
