The post office's excuse is "Delivery Exception, Animal Interference", which is complete non-sense since my dog is inside and even when he's outside the mail girl plays with him.

Round two made it here, so maybe my mailman is using the first to prototype!  I keed, I keed....we have two mailmen here and both are exceptional.  Maybe someday the kit will show up along with all the single socks I've been missing for decades.
