A huge thanks to jjjimi84 for the phaser I did not have. He had an extra toggle and it came with a circulator pedal. It's a pedal PCB version of the EQD Grand Orbiter.  I love me some EQD pedals too. I am very grateful for such a kind act, he didn't have to do it. Thank you so much...and for the toggle also.
