Will an 1/8 watt 3M9 resistor work for the Pepper Spray?

Running 9V across 3.9Megaohms results in 0.0000207692308 Watts

So yeah a 0.125W rated resistor will be fine. (Its tiny resistances you really need to worry about ratings for in most pedal applications)
