Need an extra help for my EAGLE development.

Dear MBP Fellows.

I do really need a third party/contractor help from MBP community to convert my SMD design to all through-hole/DIP devices. I do have some libraries done and already done an early start development for this board. However, I am just too busy with my current work and looking for an extra hand to help continue the development. There are three boards that I am trying to convert from SMD to all DIP through holes. Total components approximately are around 200 components within the board.

I am willing to pay per hour as long as it's reasonable and willing to do some fair trades of PCB/Pedals/Guitar gear that I currently have.
