Lectric fx flintlock flanger

I just finished the Flintlock flanger . It worked instantly , but there are a few things I want to ask . For starters , the terminals for the expression pedal read CST , as opposed to normaly TRS . Do I need a special socket for that one or is a stereo sufficient ? I have also a few questions about the set up , but I'll do that later on .

Use a switching stereo jack. T is tip, C is ring, S is sleeve.

So just to be sure , I'll have to put a jumper between C and S on the jack . About the expression pedal : it has to be a 0-5V pedal like on the Countdown phaser ?
