LDR for a vtl5c4/2 ?

Hi ! I got a dusty sawse pcb laying around and i was wondering if anyone knows a place where i could source a 3 pin ldr to make a vtl5c4/2 vactrol. Buying a original vactrol is just too expensive :/. Tried to check on mouser but got lost real fast.... that website is not idiot friendly :x thanks

You aren't going to find anything like the 5C4/2 at Mouser. This is an effect where the designated part is pretty much a must and unfortunately the sources have dried up over the last year or so. Pedalpartsandkits had some for $13 for a while and those are gone it seems. Wish I could be of more help. Actually, at this point I might as well discontinue the Sawse (I've only got a few boards left anyway) since the cheapest I'm seeing the 4/2 is like $20.

Yeah thats why i wanted to build a work a like... a quick search online showed me that 3 peg ldr do or did in fact exist.

Still its a shame that components go obsolet T_T
