Where to buy utlilty board

For some reason I recall seeing a board for sale somewhere that used this rotary switch - http://www.smallbear-electronics.mybigcommerce.com/9mm-rotary-1p6t/ , but I can't find it anywhere.
Does anyone know who had these utility boards for sale?

No, I recall a fabbed green board somewhere. And actually it may not have used this pot............I'm getting old!

i also remember a board for the 9mm-rotary-1p6t in the first post. I don't remember WHERE, sorry. It was free with  every order, but I ended up just making my own in perf board.   I've used two of them successfully, one for clipping and another for input caps in  1590B.
