Surface mount technology is spooky crazy. The fact that can manufacture fully functional parts at the scale of a few tenth of micrometers is freakin' impressive. Especially considering what these things are capable off. Just today I had a look at an IC from TI that was able to handle current rushes of 1.5A in a part taht was 2x3x0.6 mm or something. But wait, it does the 1.5 Amps twice since it obviously has two channels
