Wolfshirt Octave Piercing!!

Heylooo!
Just built a wolfshirt foxx tone machine. The fuzz is great, yet the octave knocks my ear drums out, scares small children and with the tone up I'm sure only dogs can hear it! lol!
Any ideas have to tame the shriekyness of the octave but keeping the fuzz as it is??
