I found this site just now and am finding some great fonts. So far, they've all been free. Hope you find something to spice up your enclosures.

Additional sites as contributed below for quick reference:

Ive used that site as well as dafont.com, and a few others i will try to remember.  There are some really great free font sites out there.

Nice, thanks!

FWIW, I often bypass the process of installing fonts and just take a screenshot of a font preview at http://myfonts.com instead. For labels & logos, it works OK with a bit of massaging in Photoshop or Gimp. Other times, having the font is easier.

How do you like using Gimp? I'm on OS X and have just been using Pages for layout ideas. I need something with more capabilities.

Inkscape on OSX is what I use. I really like using Inkscape.

I use Gimp, and for what I do it's great. I tried Inkscape, but maybe I need to go back and give it another run. Gimp has some quirks I'm not a huge fan of.

Pixel2life.com has some good Gimp/Inkscape tutorials.   Navigating through the ads is a bit of a hassle, though.

For me, Inkscape had a lot steeper learning curve.

I started doing some layouts in Pages yesterday and it's hard without a grid to line it all up. i'm printing to transparencies to make sure they layout before I do waterslide. I need to buy a laser printer...the list goes on.

I DL'd Gimp last night and was somewhat confused. I'll check out inkscape tonight.

I'd prolly lean towards Inkscape for layouts. You can set up a grid and position everything exactly where you want it. You can have the outline of the box to scale and put the knobs and switches on it to see how it all lays out. You also get sharper edges because it's a vector file not a bitmap.
