Hand painted with a brush using acrylic fine art paint... rockin teh green LED.  Knobs are from ebay.  Sticker courtesy of my daughters now neglected primary school sticker collection.  This is the previous pcb version, but I added added the volume control option available on the latest board.  Handy dandy wee pedal
