Punk death of a 70s console

Thought this story might interest some people around here - what happened to the mixing console used in one of the first punk recordings in the 70s.

I thought this was kinda funny.  Old tech once despised and discarded is now sought after and cherished.  (And who'da thought we'd still be using thermionics for amplification?!)

Sounds like a suitably punk death for the console,  robbed left to die in a dumpster.  :o :'(
