18V Chunk Chunk

I'm building a Chunk Chunk and I would love to run it at 18 Volts with the road rage charge pump. I'm seeing a 1n4004 diode in the power filtering section of the schematic, so I'm wondering if I should place a 1N4746A (18V Zener) there instead.

my guess is you can leave it as is. the 1n4004 a reverse voltage of 400V so no reason to think you might have problems there. the 18V zener would sort-of regulate anything above 18V to 18V, which isn't really necessary, but you can do that if you prefer
