Fulltone Footswitches: Worth the extra bucks?

Title says it all. Has anyone found them to last significantly longer or be more sturdy than the more common makes?

Best I've found and use is the mammoth pro switch.
I don't know what a fulltone footswitch is tbh.  They sell 3pdt's?

Tbh there's a bit of the ol' snakeoil in some of Fulltone's marketing.

All devices can fail, some maybe more than others. Maybe Fulltone makes them domestically, but that's not necessarily going to prevent potential failure.

Personally, I purchase Alpha DPDTs or cheap momentarys w/relay circuit if I'm making something nice, or just cheap generic blue 3PDTs otherwise.

I've replaced a failed one before in an OCD...

But as has been said, mechanical devices fail eventually.

This is only my experience from repairs. But of the switch repairs friends have asked me to do...90% have been Fulltone switches.
